You may go to Antiparos either from Paros' main harbor or from Pounda, which is a little port on the southwest of Paros island, just opposite Antiparos. Lilly's Island is located about 300m from the port, the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is "Psaralyki", which is 5 minutes walk from the property.
